Lawyer Maxwell Opara has expressed confidence in the ability of former Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi, to deliver meaningful changes in Nigeria within a short period if elected president, stating that the country already has people who understand what needs to be done and how to do it.
Speaking during an interview from 13:56 on Arise News, Opara argued that Nigeria’s challenges are not primarily caused by a lack of ideas or competent individuals but by the absence of the determination required to implement policies that can improve governance and public welfare, adding that effective leadership remains a critical factor in unlocking the country’s vast potential and addressing long-standing developmental concerns.
“They know what they are supposed to do, and they know how to do it. But it’s the political will and some selfish considerations that are lacking. So Peter Obi doesn’t even need four years.
