During an interview from 14:34 on Arise Television on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, Prof. Femi Otunbajo, a research professor at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, spoke with journalist Oseni Rufai about governance, corruption, and the state of Nigeria’s democracy.
Speaking during the interview, Otunbajo said Nigeria is facing a leadership crisis, arguing that corruption has become widespread across different levels of government.
