Dino Melaye, a former Senator, has stated that late President Muhammadu Buhari and the presidents before him traditionally used the Mercedes-Benz S-Class as their official vehicle. He stated that this has been the standard for many years.
In an interview from 17:09 with Seun Okinbaloye on Mic On Podcast, Melaye said President Tinubu now uses a vehicle known as “The Beast,” similar to the one used by the American president. He stated that The Beast costs over eight times the price of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class
