Hon. Chinedu Nsofor, a former senatorial aspirant for Anambra South, has stated that he was kidnapped in Kogi State around 3 a.m. while travelling to Abuja.
In an interview from 11:31 with Lucky Udu Experience, Hon Nsofor said he told the kidnappers that he was a man of God, hoping they would show mercy to him. However, he stated that the kidnappers became more aggressive towards him.
Nsofor said the leader of the kidnappers threatened to kill him and told him that men of God were always praying for kidnappers to die. He said the kidnappers also told him that if he was truly a man of God, God would not have allowed him to fall into their hands.
