Victor Osuagwu, a veteran Nollywood actor, has stated that late actor Sam Loco Efe was one of the most intelligent people he had ever met
Speaking in an interview from 26:42 with Yanga FM Nigeria, Osuagwu stated that Sam Loco had deep knowledge in many areas and impressed people with his sharp mind
Osuagwu said Sam Loco could speak several languages such as Portuguese, Italian, Mbaise, and Kanuri. He also said Sam Loco had extensive knowledge of history
Speaking further, Osuagwu stated that Sam Loco’s intelligence was one of the qualities that made him stand out among many comic actors in Nollywood
