Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has declared that Israeli forces are nearing what he described as a decisive moment in operations against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, amid intensified military activity along the northern front.

According to the prime minister, the latest phase of the operation is part of a broader military strategy aimed at creating a deeper and more secure buffer zone.
