Isaac Fayose, the social commentator and younger brother of former Ekiti State Governor Ayo Fayose, declared his continued support for Peter Obi, saying he would vote for the former Labour Party presidential candidate if an election were conducted today.

According to a video from 17:44 posted on the official YouTube channel of Arise News on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, while answering a question about his preferred presidential candidate, Fayose explained where his support currently stands ahead of future elections.

The interviewer asked Fayose whether he would vote for President Bola Tinubu, Peter Obi, or another candidate entirely if Nigerians returned to the polls, prompting him to give a direct response about his political preference and electoral expectations.
