The National Coordinator of the Obidient Movement, Yunusa Tanko has taken to his official X account on Friday, July 17, 2026 to react to the response that Peter Obi gave an interviewer who asked if he gave Northerners ID cards when he was governor of Anambra state.
In the video that surfaced online, Peter Obi stated that he never gave Northerners ID cards when he was the governor of Anambra state.
He said;
“People have said I gave ID cards to Northerners but it is not true”.
Reacting, Yunusa Tanko stated that the former governor of Anambra state has answered the hard questions from the North.
