In a recent interview on Symfoni TV, Oladimeji Fabiyi spoke during a live political discussion where he reviewed the performance of past state governors and their contributions to social welfare and education development in Nigeria.

During the interview from 30:37, Fabiyi stated, “Kwankwaso did well in Kano; he started school feeding and free school uniforms.” He made the remark while discussing policy-driven interventions introduced by state-level leaders aimed at improving access to education.

Fabiyi explained that Rabiu Kwankwaso, during his tenure as governor of Kano State, introduced education-focused policies such as school feeding programs and the provision of free school uniforms, which he said helped to encourage school enrollment and reduce financial burdens on parents.
