The former Vice President of Nigeria, Alhaji Waziri Atiku Abubakar has reacted after former Secretary of the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal called him “Kachalla” meaning bandits leader.
Atiku reacted in a post that Paul Ibe shared on his official X account on Monday, June 1, 2026.
According to THE GUARDIAN, Babachir Lawal made the statement after he dumped the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
Babachir Lawal said that;
“I would have thought that when Northerners insist on a Northern President, they would be thinking of one who will stop the downward spiral into poverty and insecurity, not an ineptocrat like Kachalla Atiku”.
Reacting, Paul Ibe stated that the former SGF is a liar. Paul Ibe stated that Atiku Abubakar is one of the most liberal politicians in Nigeria.
According to Paul Ibe on his official X account;
“As far as we are concerned, Babachir was perfectly describing his own character rather than Atiku’s own. The former SGF seeks power on the altar of dividing the people based on primordial sentiments”….Read_More…
