The mother of the late Favour Agbro has spoken about the death of her daughter, who committed suicide after alleging that she was assaulted by Ifeanyi Ogbonna, popularly known as Odogwu Asaba.
Speaking in an interview from 1:35 with BBC Pidgin, Favour’s mother said her daughter was deeply affected by threats Ogbonna made against her. She said Ogbonna threatened to use the “juju” of his town to kill Favour.
Favour’s mother stated that Favour was her best friend and her favourite child. She appealed to Nigerians to understand the pain her family is going through and called for justice for her late daughter.
