1. Stop Playing Game While Charging

Some youth and people are under this category because charging and playing games is now very common for the youths. But such a habit is not good for your phone because it produces a lot of heat, and that is not good for your phone. In some cases, such a phone might get spoiled because of heat and pressure on the phone. Charging and playing games is not a good habit for your phone life.

2. Don’t Charge Your Phone Overnight

Some people have the habit of charging their phone overnight, and there are some phones that don’t have the power to stop themselves from charging once they reach their limit.

Charging your phone overnight or for many hours might lead to overheating and damage the battery life of your smartphone.

3. Using Low Standard Charger Or Low Voltage Power Supply

Charging your phone with low currents, power banks, laptops is wrong. Such things are just made for emergency use and not for charging your phone all the time or using them as a normal source while charging. It is good to use high voltage light supply, so your phone will charge faster and have a strong battery life, something that can charge your phone with high current voltage.

That why some people’s batteries stop lasting long or start getting weak when they use laptops, power banks or fake chargers to charge their phones. This because those items don’t have much power or voltage to charge your phone as normal electricity does. Instead, it will weaken your phone battery.

4. Avoid Continuous Charging.

Mostly, we Africans have the habit of charging our phones till there is power shortage. We don’t care how long the light will stay on, we keep charging till it is off. And such things will only damage your phone battery when you keep charging for too long.

6. Listening To Music With An Earphone When Charging

Charging your smartphone and listening to music using an earphone is very risky. Such a thing can damage your brain because of much radiation. On the other hand, a chance of electrocution can occur.

Similarly, it could be dangerous to use your earphone while charging because electricity is easily conducted from the electric socket to the earphones, especially if your charging plug was faulty. Many people have lost their lives because of such a mistake, so it is best to avoid it by all means.
