According to a video from 02:23:00 on DCLM on Wednesday, May 27th 2026, prominent Nigerian preacher William Folorunso Kumuyi has shared a dramatic testimony involving a man allegedly involved in occult practices who reportedly experienced a transformation during a church service.
Speaking during a sermon on the power of God’s word, Pastor Kumuyi narrated how the man entered a Christian gathering with the intention of spiritually disrupting the meeting through occult powers.
According to the cleric, the man believed he possessed a mysterious spiritual “tiger” that accompanied him and carried out harmful assignments on his behalf.
“He entered in ready to do his occultic thing and to scatter the people,” Kumuyi told worshippers during the message.
The preacher explained that events took an unexpected turn as the service progressed and the message was preached. During the altar call, the man reportedly obeyed instructions he would normally resist.
“The man said later in his testimony that he never bent under any instruction and never closed his eyes for anyone,” Kumuyi recalled. “He was surprised that he closed his eyes.”
The pastor said the man eventually responded to the altar call, came forward for prayer, and participated in the service openly.
“He looked around and said, ‘My tiger, my tiger,’” Kumuyi recounted. “He said everywhere he went, there was a spiritual tiger that followed him, but now he could not find it anymore.”
According to the preacher, the man testified that the spiritual force he depended upon had disappeared completely.
