Popular Islamic cleric, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi has revealed what someone who called him from the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja told him.
This statement was contained in a post that Lere Olayinka shared on his official X handle on Sunday, January 4, 2025.
This is coming after the President of the United State of America, Donald Trump ousted the President of Venezuela, Nicholas Maduro.
In the post that surfaced online, Sheikh Gumi revealed that the government of the United State of America has categorized him as a member of Boko Haram.
The popular cleric said the person who informed him told him that his name was among those allegedly identified for assassination.
Sheikh Gumi accused the USA and other nations of encouraging insurgency in Nigeria and other African countries.

“They called me from Abuja and told me there was a security meeting. They said I have been marked, that I will be eliminated. And who are Boko Haram?”.
“Even Americans said they came to fight terrorists, so who are the terrorists? They are the ones”.
