Fried groundnut is one of the most consumed food in the country and many people love to eat this food because of its several health benefits. Some conditions can be managed by consuming fried groundnut and these conditions are listed below.

1. Spina bifida

Spina bifida is a medical condition in which a child is born with an open vertebral column due to failure of the neural tube to close. It occurs when the pregnant mother lack folate in their diet, fried groundnut contains some amount of folate.

2. Anaemia.

Anaemia is a medical condition in which there is low haemoglobin (a pigment in blood that helps oxygen to bind to blood) content is low. Folate found in fried groundout helps in the productions of haemoglobin.

3. Hypertension.

Gallstone occurs when small particles accumulate in the gall bladder and this obstructs bile flow. According to research people who consume more fried groundnut tends to have a lower risk of having gallstone.

5. Cancers.

Fried groundnut is known to contain two important antioxidants (polyphenol and resveratrol) which helps to prevent the risk of having cancer. Fried groundnut also contain omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, fibre and other nutrients that prevent the formation of any cancerous cells.

6. Osteoporosis.
