The Leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has issued a fresh warning concerning the conduct of political campaigns ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Ayodele made the remarks during a prophetic session shared on his official Facebook page from 0:37 on Sunday, April 26, 2026, where he spoke about rising political tension and possible reactions from the public during campaign activities.

In his statement, he warned that some campaign outings by state governors could face hostile reactions from members of the public.

He said, “They are going to stone many governors when they start their campaigns,” cautioning that the political environment may become volatile if grievances are not addressed.

According to him, public dissatisfaction and frustration could manifest during campaign periods, especially if citizens feel disconnected from governance or ignored by political leaders.
