Northern elder statesman and prominent political figure, Buba Galadima, has revealed what he described as the only possible way President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) could secure victory in the 2027 general elections.
Speaking during an interview from 1:46 on Platinum TV, Galadima alleged that recent polls conducted by international companies showed that President Tinubu’s popularity had significantly dropped among Nigerians.
According to him, one of the poll results reportedly indicated that Tinubu would score only 18 percent if an election were held at that time, while another poll gave him a slightly higher figure of 22 percent.
In his words:
“They commissioned a poll by some international companies. One of the results of the poll said that Tinibu will score 18% if the elections were conducted at that time. Another one, which was more generous to him, said he would score 22%. I believe that the popularity graph of the APC and its government is sliding down the hill and not going up.”
Galadima further claimed that the APC would have no realistic chance of winning the 2027 election through popular support. He alleged that the party’s only opportunity would come if violence and chaos were allowed to disrupt the electoral process in various polling units.
Speaking further, he said:
“They will have no chance at all to win any election. The only chance they have is by using people to facilitate chaos in their polling units, in such a way that they can write figures and announce themselves winners.”….Read_More…
