Portable is a well-known Nigerian musician who always manages to elicit strong feelings from his followers whenever he releases a new video on social media. Recently, Portable became involved in an odd controversy when a well-known influencer, Saidaboj, publicly accused Portable of having mouth odor.
However, Portable’s dental hygienist intervened to correct the record, stating in an Instagram video that Portable’s teeth are not dirty and that the accusations are unfounded.
The dental hygienist for Portable starts off by acknowledging his sometimes rowdy behavior and his tendency to voice his opinions. Nevertheless, she draws a clear line when it comes to making accusations regarding Portable’s oral hygiene.
In her words;
“Saidaboj, you too dey worry o. This is smile4siju, I’m the one that clean Portable’s teeth and I feel really bad seeing that kind of video circulating on the internet. Saying before Portable talks to you, he needs to brush his teeth, he has mouth odour, his cavity is poor, he has bad dentition and all that. But what I want to say is, Portable’s teeth is not dirty at all, it’s not bad as you all think.
Portable might be razz, he might start dragging people on internet, he might be talking to anyone as he like. But one thing still remain one thing, I will not let this slide, for you to abuse his oral hygiene. I was the one that clean his teeth and it’s just like a slap on my brand, saying he has mouth odour”….Sée Móre
