General Ishola Williams has spoken about some of the allegations made by popular Islamic cleric Sheikh Ahmad Gumi and the calls for his arrest
In an interview from 14:55 with Channels Television, General Williams said Gumi has repeatedly stated, without fear or contradiction, that security agencies know the terrorists in Nigeria by name and also know where they are located.
General Williams said that at one point some people were demanding that Gumi should be arrested and he asked what crime Gumi had committed that would justify his arrest. He stated that the State Security Service once invited Gumi for questioning and after a few days, the security agency released him
