Oshiomhole’s assurances come in the wake of alleged threats posed by a group referred to as the ESN. The senator claimed that this group had been armed with weapons to cause disruptions during the election, potentially undermining the democratic process. However, Oshiomhole was quick to dismiss these concerns, stating firmly that the ESN would not be allowed to operate during the election.
