There have been several reactions from social media users after photos of Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara bidding farewell and wishing Muslims leaving for Hajj a safe journey surfaced online.

The photos were shared in a post Governor Fubara made on his official X handle.

In the photos he shared, Fubara was seen bidding farewell to Muslim pilgrims departing for this year’s Hajj at Port Harcourt International Airport.

Fubara’s post reads:

“Earlier, I was at the Port Harcourt International Airport, Omagwa to bid our Muslim pilgrims to this year’s Hajj at the holyland a safe trip. It was also a moment to charge them to be of good conduct and to pray for the good of our state and the country. Pleased by our support, they were all in high spirits and it is our belief that they will be returning with the manifest blessings of Allah.”

However, after the post surfaced online, there were several reactions from social media users
