Former ADC National Chairman Ralph Nwosu has alleged that the choice of Senator David Mark as the party’s national chairman was a deliberate strategic decision, made in full anticipation of the fierce political resistance the party would face.

Speaking in an interview from 14:26 with Channels TV, Nwosu made clear that the ADC was girding for a fight. “Let everybody be prepared for war because where we are going now is a war. And we have a well-bred war general leading the pack. When we got David Mark to be the national chairman, we were very deliberate,” he said.

Nwosu declared that the party had no intention of being intimidated or bullied by those seeking to disrupt its processes, and that the calibre of leadership it had assembled was specifically chosen to withstand that kind of pressure.
