One of the chieftains of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Lauretta Onochie has taken to her official X account on July 13, 2026 to react to report the court has nullified ADC convention.
This came after Channels TV reported that the Court of Appeal has affirmed the judgment restraining the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC from recognizing or participating in any state congress organized by David Mark.
In the post that Lauretta Onochie shared on her official X account, she stated that the African Democratic Congress is very solid.
Lauretta Onochie said the judgement that was delivered by the Court of Appeal does not affect the African Democratic Congress, ADC primary election.
