Biddy Nnanna has narrated the shocking moment she allegedly discovered that a pair of scissors had been left inside her sister’s abdomen following a fibroid surgery in Lagos State.
Speaking in an interview from 4:17 with Punch Newspapers, Nnanna recounted the painful chain of events that eventually led to the death of her sister, whose condition reportedly deteriorated after the operation.
According to her, the deceased had continued to complain of severe pain and discomfort after undergoing the surgery at a hospital in Lagos. Concerned about her worsening health, the family decided to seek further medical examination at another diagnostic facility.
Nnanna explained that she took her sister to a scan centre located around Ile-Epo Bus Stop, where medical personnel reportedly detected something alarming during the examination.
“I now took her to clinic scan center which is at Ile-Epo Bus Stop and we had a scan run on her and the scan people said ‘please take her back to the hospital, there is an emergency’,” she said.
She added that the scan result left her devastated after she allegedly discovered that a surgical scissors had been left inside her sister’s body.
“I opened the scan result and I read through it and I was like ‘what, a scissors in her abdomen?’ and I could see the scissors where it was resting in her abdomen and I started shouting,” Nnanna recalled emotionally….Read_More…
