Renowned Israeli-American televangelist, Pastor Benny Hinn, has expressed deep concern over the increasing attacks on Christianity and the confusion among young believers.

In a recent YouTube video, the 71-year-old preacher, who has spent five decades in ministry, described the current spiritual climate as shocking.

“It’s a sad day we’re living in, precious people of God,” Hinn lamented. “You see preachers becoming so religious, and young people listening to them because they need guidance so badly—but they’re getting it from the wrong people.”

He pointed to social media as a significant battleground where faith is under attack. “Today, social media is filled with people attacking others. Be careful. Be careful,” he warned.

Hinn noted that while challenges in faith have always existed, the scale of the current crisis is unprecedented. “I’m 71 years old, and I’ve seen much. Fifty years in ministry. But I have never seen what I’m seeing today—the attacks, the confusion about the Bible, young people leaving the faith. It’s shocking.”

The televangelist stressed that the only way to safeguard one’s faith is by immersing oneself in Scripture. “Get to know your Bible! That’s the only answer. That’s the only way to protect your future,” he urged.

Concluding with a heartfelt prayer, Hinn asked for divine intervention to guide and protect young believers. “Lord, I pray in Jesus’ name that You will protect Your people, especially the young ones who need guidance and protection. Be with them, Lord, and strengthen them for Your glory and honor.”
