Professor Isa Ali Pantami, former Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, has disclosed that he facilitated employment opportunities for several individuals from Gombe State in key federal government institutions across Nigeria.
Speaking during an interview from 29:12 on Trust TV, Pantami reflected on his efforts to support people from his home state in securing what he described as “quality jobs” within strategic agencies of government. Highlighting the scope of these placements, Pantami stated, “I have people employed in CBN from Gombe State, NNPC from Gombe State, NCC from Gombe State, NPA from Gombe State, NIMASA from Gombe State and many institutions of government.” The institutions he referenced include the Central Bank of Nigeria, Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, Nigerian Ports Authority, and Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency.
