According to a report by LEADERSHIP Newspaper on Thursday, May 27, 2026, popular socialite and nightlife entrepreneur Cubana Chiefpriest, whose real name is Pascal Okechukwu, has declared that his political loyalty to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu remains unchanged despite his recent loss in the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary elections ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Speaking during a recent interview on Beat FM, the celebrity businessman addressed growing public attention surrounding his political position, stressing that the outcome of the party primaries has not affected his support for the current administration.

Cubana Chiefpriest said his continued backing of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is rooted in personal experiences and long-standing appreciation for what he described as positive interactions with people from the Yoruba ethnic group over the years.

According to him, the relationships and support he has received from individuals in the South-West region have played a significant role in his personal and business success, and for that reason, he feels a sense of loyalty that extends into his political choices.
