Abdul-Aziz Na’ibi Abubakar, the Director General of media for Atiku The Light organization, recently voiced strong criticism of Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and his stance on protests against the current administration.
In a post made available on his verified X handle, Abubakar highlighted the inconsistency in Kwankwaso’s position, pointing out that his supporters, known as the Red Cap people, spent days protesting in Kano after the Tribunal sacked Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.
Abubakar further noted the extreme actions taken during these protests, including threats of death directed at judges by officials from the Kano State Government (KNSG).
“But their leader is now telling Nigerians to not protest over unbearable hardships and the APC’s mismanagement,” Abubakar remarked, questioning the sincerity of Kwankwaso’s recent call for patience and support for the government.
The critique didn’t end there. Abubakar accused Kwankwaso of working covertly to benefit President Tinubu by attempting to divide the Northwest votes. He suggested that Kwankwaso’s political influence is limited, asserting, “His political wings can’t fly beyond Kano.”….Seë_Morë
