His Royal Highness, Mujahid Asari Dokubo, the Amayanabo of Torusarama Piri (Elem Kalabari) in Degema Local Government Area of Rivers State, has expressed support for Iran while raising concerns about the broader implications of ongoing tensions affecting Muslim nations.

Dokubo, a former militant leader, made the remarks during a live video from 6:55 broadcast on his official Facebook page on Monday, March 23, 2026. His comments addressed issues of global power dynamics, fear among nations, and the consequences of conflict on ordinary citizens.

During the broadcast, he spoke on what he described as the inability of some groups to defend fellow Muslims, while declaring solidarity with Iran. He said, “We cannot guide and protect our brothers. We are standing by Iran. We are standing by you, not because you give us anything.”

He further stated that such a position comes with risks, adding, “We endangered ourselves, we exposed ourselves, because justice has left the world.” He continued by expressing concerns about what he described as a decline in moral standards globally, stating, “Conscience has left the world. There is no conscience any longer. It is the wicked that rules supreme.”

Dokubo also addressed what he described as widespread fear in speaking out on global issues, particularly involving powerful nations. According to him, “Everybody is afraid. If you talk, America will kill you. If you talk, Israel will kill you. So everybody is being careful.”

In addition to his remarks on international relations, Dokubo reiterated concerns about the impact of attacks on infrastructure within Muslim-majority countries. He questioned the consequences of such actions, stating, “When you attack power plant in Muslim land, when you attack designation plant in Muslim land, who suffers the consequences?”
