Senator Victor Umeh, Anambra central senatorial district lawmaker and Elderstateman has disclosed the reasons why Datti Baba-Ahmed was not pleased with the 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
According to his statements which were made available to the general public by SymfoniTV from 45:48, he pointed out that the former governor’s strategic vision ensured his relationship with Datti Baba-Ahmed was ended.
Datti Baba-Ahmed, it can be recalled, has expressed his disappointment at the 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate after he announced his departure from the party, a platform which he believed gave him national prominence.
However, according to Senator Victor Umeh, the vision of the former governor and his ambition to provide good governance made him to move from a place of discomfort.
He further pointed out that Peter Obi’s strategic vision was the answer to all the criticism thrown at him.
