The former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has reacted to the statement that was made by the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun that some foreign mercenaries have been deployed to disrupt the forthcoming nationwide protests.
It is no longer news that the protests has been scheduled to commence in August.
Reacting to the comment, Femi Fani-Kayode said the blood of the Nigerian people is sacred and must not be shed by any foreign mercenary that has been sent into the country to create havoc.
In a post that Femi Fani-Kayode shared on his official X handle on Monday, he said any form of insurrection should be speedily despatched to hell by security agencies.
Here is what he wrote on his official X handle;
“Meanwhile the IGP has alleged that foreign mercenaries have been drafted into our nation to cause trouble and take advantage of the planned demonstrations. To that I say the following: the blood of the Nigerian people is sacred and must not be shed lightly. Any foreign mercenary that has been sent to our country to create havoc, destabilize our nation, destroy our property, kill our people or engage themselves in any form of violence or armed insurrection should be speedily despatched to hell by our security forces and sent back to their respective nations whilst their local collaborators are arrested for treason and brought to justice in our courts”….Seë _ Morë
