Daniella Owoeye, who emerged as one of the best candidates in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) with a score of 372, has shared how early preparation and consistency helped her succeed.
Speaking in an interview with PUNCH on Saturday, May 16, 2026, Daniella said she started preparing for the exam immediately after finishing secondary school.

According to her, she remained focused and intentional in her studies, using different learning materials such as JAMB past questions, “JAMB Series Remix,” and topic-by-topic study guides.
Her words,
“First, I started my preparation as early as possible. I actually began preparing right after I graduated from secondary school. I had written UTME earlier, but due to some technical issues at my centre, my performance was affected. That experience pushed me to prepare even more intensely for the next UTME.”….Read_More…
