Olusegun Obasanjo, a former president of Nigeria, has given his take on the hardships in the Nigerian economy.
In recent times, several Nigerians have taken to the streets to express their grievances regarding the hike in the prices of commodities and the rising level of inflation, which was said to have followed the removal of the fuel subsidy by the current administration led by Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
However, in the video from 0:53, Olusegun Obasanjo, a former president of Nigeria, questioned rhetorically the whereabouts of Nigeria’s reserve, revealing that before he left office as president, the country’s reserve was about N45 billion, but it has now risen to N60 billion.
