Reno Omokri, a former presidential aide and Nigeria’s ambassador to Germany has praised the efficiency of president Tinubu in regards to education. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that since he became president, no student had spent a single minute at home because of ASUU strike.
The Academic Union of Universities, ASUU have been on their best behaviors since the emergence of president Tinubu in 2023, as they have abandoned their incessant strikes.
This was according to Reno Omokri, a former presidential aide and Nigeria’s ambassador to Germany who in a recent statement, praised president Tinubu’s performance in education.
According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, the outspoken ambassador pointed out that the choice of Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State will be a disaster and a nightmare.
In his arguments, he pointed out that under his tenure as governor of Anambra State, schools were on strike for seven months because of his refusal to approve minimum wage for teachers.
“Since Asiwaju Bola Tinubu became President, as an undergraduate, have you spent even one minute at home because of ASUU strike? So why would you even contemplate the nightmare of a Peter Obi, under whom Anambra students sat at home for seven good months….”He wrote. Read_More…
