A report that was published on the official X account of ARISE NEWS on Friday, July 17, 2026 has captured the moment the Minister of Works, Dave Umahi was reacting to the comment that the the Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy, NSP made about Mary Habila.
This came after the Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy said the name of Mary Habila is not on its register.
According the NSP;
“Following verification through the appropriate regulatory channels, the name “Mary Habila” does not appear on the database of registered physiotherapists”.
Reacting, Dave Umahi confirmed the statement of NPS. She said that the deceased was a nurse and not a physiotherapist.

“Habila was like a daughter to me. She stayed with me for three years. She was a staff of the David Umahi Federal Teaching Hospital, Uburu. She was a nurse not a physiotherapist and her family and my family are like one….See More
