A video from 0:20 that was posted on the official X account of ARISE NEWS has captured the moment the spokesperson of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Ajibola Bashiru was asking the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to deregister the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
This came after the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC discontinued the recognition of the opposition party. In the video that surfaced online, Ajibola Bashiru stated that a party that doesn’t meet the constitutional requirements should not be put on ballot papers.
The APC chieftain said the decision of INEC to remove the names of ADC leaders was in accordance with the law.
According to Ajibola Bashiru on his official X account;
“Such a political party should be deregister. As a party, we don’t want our ballot papers to be clustered with irrelevant and unviable political parties. ADC should be deregistered”. Read_More…
