“At the Olympics, the Minister of Sports has no recognition. The person that is recognized by the International Olympic Organization, IOC, recognizes is the president of the NOC. The NOC president is also responsible for things like privileges on rights and entrances to venues. I questioned the Athletics Federation of Nigeria and the NOC and told them to ensure that Favour Ofili’s name is included in the list. When her name was excluded, I issued a statement and said that I will interrogate the issue.”….VìêwMorê
