Inko Tariah, a former Special Adviser to ex-Governor Nyesom Wike, has reacted to a comment Nyesom Wike made during an event held for Rivers House of Assembly members led by Martin Amaewhule

In a video shared by Arise TV from 2:44, Tariah said Wike referred to Governor Fubara as a “serpent” and even mentioned that he was grateful to God that he was not “poisoned” by him (Fubara). He criticized Wike’s statement and said that it was disrespectful to refer to a sitting governor as a serpent. He also said that Wike betrayed other leaders like Rotimi Amaechi, Peter Odili, and former President Goodluck Jonathan

In Tariah’s words: “Wike refered to the governor as a serpent, we are talking about a sitting governor. You refered to him as a serpent. You thanked God that you were not poisoned by the serpent. What will the likes of Rotimi Amaechi, Odili and Goodluck Jonathan say about you? They will also say thank God we were not poisoned by you because you betrayed all of them”
