Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo has praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for saving Nigeria’s public finances from a crisis. He made this statement during an event called The Platform Nigeria on June 12, hosted by Pastor Poju Oyemade and The Covenant Nation.
Governor Soludo emphasized the need for a nationwide ethical and ideological renewal to support lasting national development. This message was shared by Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy.
In discussing the theme of “Rebuilding Our Nation,” Soludo encouraged political parties to come together based on shared ideas instead of differences. He believes this unity is essential for a new political culture focused on the country’s progress.
Soludo expressed optimism that the bold reforms introduced by President Tinubu have pulled the economy back from the edge of collapse.
According to report from Nigerian Tribune on Saturday June 14 2025, Soludo said, “The audacious structural reforms embarked upon by the current administration of His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu have rescued the economy from the tipping point.”
