Habibat Abubakar, mother to Abdulssamad Jamiu, a National Youth Service Corps member allegedly killed by soldiers in Dei-Dei, Abuja, has weighed in on her son’s death.
According to the Nigerian Army, Abdulssamad Jamiu got shot during a gun battle between soldiers and armed robbers, but in a swift turn of events, relatives of the deceased disputed this claim, labeling it as false.
However, in the video from 6:53 shared by TrustTV News, Habibat Abubakar, mother to the deceased, recalled how soldiers went to her son’s room, gunned him down, and called vigilantes within the area to come and mop up the blood.
Furthermore, Habibat Abubakar called for justice, demanding that her son’s killers suffer the same fate as he did.
