Senator Shehu Sani, a renowned human rights activist and former Kaduna lawmaker, has reacted after learning of the demise of famous Islamic musician Rukayat Gawat Oyefeso.
His reaction is coming after the news of her death surfaced online.
According to PM NEWS, Renowned Ilorin-based cleric Alfa Aribidesi At-Tawdeeh took to his official Facebook page to announce the passing of Hajiya Rukayyat Gawat, sharing the sorrowful news with his followers.
However, Senator Shehu Sani has now reacted after the report surfaced online. In the post that he shared on his official X handle on Tuesday, he expressed his heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Hajiya Rukayyat Gawat.
In a heartfelt message, Sani said, “May Allah grant her Aljanna firdausi”—a b blessing that reflects his deep sympathy and respect for the deceased.
