Doyin Okupe, the former Director General of the Obi/Datti Campaign Council and now a supporter of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has taken to X (formerly known as Twitter) to react to the naming of Reno Omokri among the 30 most talked-about people in Africa for the year 2024.
According to a post on the official X handle of Doyin Okupe, the President’s ally described Reno Omokri as a global Ambassador for the brand Nigeria. He added that Reno Omokri’s patriotism is without equal. Okupe said Reno was named following the data collected from Google Trends. Doyin Okupe congratulated Reno for his achievement in 2024.
Doyin Okupe had written, “I heartily congratulate my younger brother RENO, on being named among the thirty most talked-about people in Africa for 2024 using Google Trends. Reno, you are a global ambassador for brand Nigeria, and your patriotism is without equal. Well done, and congratulations again!”
