In an exclusive interview with News Central TV from 1:34, Samuel Nwanosike, who previously served as the chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area in Rivers State, addressed ongoing discussions about his current role and leadership status within the local government.

During the broadcast interview, Nwanosike emphasized the media’s crucial oversight role in democratic processes while addressing questions about his position. “As media handler, you people are considered those who are monitoring the democratic trends of our missions,” he stated, acknowledging the press’s watchdog function.

Addressing nomenclature concerns, Nwanosike firmly stated, “I hate going back and forth with what nomenclature is out have chosen to address me. But as far as we are concerned, I’m still the Executive chairman of Ikwerre Local Government until Martin Amaewhule-led Assembly says otherwise.”
