Human rights activist, Dele Farotimi has taken to his official X account on Sunday, November 2, 2025 to react to the statement that was made about the former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.
His statement came after an X user said Jonathan remains the best President that Nigeria ever had since 1999.
According to the X user;
“Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is probably the best President Nigeria ever had. Certainly the best since 1999”.
Reacting, Dele Farotimi said Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is nowhere near the best President of Nigeria. He said without the former President, the All Progressive Congress, APC would not have been in existence today.
He said Jonathan was not competent when he was the President of Nigeria.
According to Dele Farotimi on his official X account;
“Goodluck Jonathan was prophetic in his declaration and I am happy to grant him that but he’s nowhere near the best at anything. Even a damaged watch is correct twice a day”. View, More,
