The Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga has reacted to the comment that Senator Shehu Sani made about the former governor of Kaduna state, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai.

In the post that Senator Shehu Sani shared on his official X handle, he said the former governor of Kaduna state marginalized Southern Kaduna for eight years. Shehu Sani said when Nasir El-Rufai was governor, Kaduna state was an apartheid state.

Here is what he wrote on his page;

“There were people who were silent when Buhari was fielding political offices with his Kinsmen and have now found their voice to speak out when the equation doesn’t favour them. Let’s not make reference to the nepotism that marginalized Southern Kaduna for eight years. Kaduna was an apartheid state for eight years”.
