Popular socialite Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has denied any involvement with a Kenyan woman who claims he is the father of her child.
During a recent appearance on Channels Television’s Rubbin Minds from 21:46, Okechukwu argued that if the woman truly believed he was the father of her child, she should be making efforts to approach him directly, rather than engaging in public disputes.
He explained that the manner in which the issue is being handled does not reflect someone genuinely seeking the father of her child.
He revealed that a faceless blogger initially contacted him, attempting to extort money by suggesting a secret arrangement to provide financial support for the woman without revealing his identity.
According to Okechukwu, this approach and the subsequent public attack by the woman indicate that she is not genuinely looking for the father of her child.
He argued that if someone believes he is the father of her child, the responsibility lies with her to reach out to him directly and respectfully, rather than resorting to public banter or allegations.
He emphasized that childbearing is a serious matter involving a clear process and cannot be reduced to random accusations or assumptions.
“I was first reached out to by a faceless blogger, telling me to ‘give me money, let me be giving her for you. Nobody will know you are the one,'” he said.
“If you watch the attack, it’s not like you are looking for the father of your child. Me, I’m not looking for my child. If you say I’m the father of your child, you are the person who is supposed to look for me and come to me. You are not going to come to me with banter.
“If somebody is the father of your child, you must protect that person to an extent. Childbearing is not a joke, it’s something that has a process. You cannot just wake up just because you feel I’m a dude, and you come and tell me I have a child with you,” he added.
