The All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman of Rivers State, Emeka Beke, has alleged that the 27 Rivers lawmakers must attend the APC stakeholder meeting. He asserted that if these lawmakers fail to attend the stakeholder meeting, disciplinary actions would be taken against them.

He made it clear that, regardless of who officially receives them, these lawmakers remain integral to the party. He affirmed his adherence to judicial directives, highlighting that he and his team have resumed their legitimate duties following a court ruling. He emphasized that the judiciary’s decision has empowered them to continue their roles and responsibilities within the party.

He said in an interview with Channels TV from 9:44, “When the court asked us not to be in the office, we stepped aside. And today, the judiciary has asked us to step into the office and we have resumed in office. We are going to do a legitimate assignment as chairman and of the party.

The 27 lawmakers are members of APC and whether I receive them or anybody receive them, will receive members of our party and I can tell you clearly they are members of APC. if the 27 law makers fails to attend our stakeholder meeting, we will take action against them and nobody will stop me as the chairman of the party.”….Sêe Morê
