According to a report by The Times Of Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed to strongly criticize global leaders who recognized a Palestinian state earlier this week. Speaking to reporters at Ben Gurion Airport before departing for New York, Netanyahu said he intends to address the matter in his upcoming speech at the United Nations General Assembly on Friday.
“At the UN General Assembly, I will speak our truth — the truth about the citizens of Israel, the truth about our IDF soldiers and the truth about our country,” Netanyahu declared. He emphasized that his message would challenge international moves that, in his view, undermine Israel’s security and moral standing.
The prime minister made it clear that his remarks will specifically target leaders who, he believes, have chosen to side with aggressors instead of condemning violence. “I will denounce those leaders who, instead of denouncing the murderers, rapists, and child burners, want to give them a state in the heart of the Land of Israel. This will not happen,” Netanyahu stated firmly.
His comments follow a wave of diplomatic recognition for Palestinian statehood, a step Israel has consistently opposed, arguing that it rewards terrorism and obstructs peace. Netanyahu has long insisted that peace can only be achieved through direct negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians, not through unilateral declarations or international pressure.
As he prepares to take the stage at one of the world’s most prominent diplomatic forums, Netanyahu’s remarks signal that his speech will not only reaffirm Israel’s stance but also confront what he perceives as a dangerous misstep by parts of the international community. See, More, Here>>>>
