Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party LP in the 2023 election, has given his take on the hardships in the Nigerian economy.

In recent times, several Nigerians have taken to the streets to express their grievances regarding the hike in the prices of commodities and the rising level of inflation that was said to have followed the removal of the fuel subsidy by the current administration led by Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

However, in the video posted by Channels Television from 6:38, the former presidential candidate for the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, recalled how he had witnessed the dire situation of Nigerians residing in Anambra State.

He also recounted how he had inspected a school in the state, and there was no chair or toilet in the building, raising concerns about the cost of living in Nigeria.
