In a post shared on his official X handle, Lere Olayinka revealed that he has settled a long-standing debt of ₦380,000 allegedly owed by Dele Momodu, a prominent journalist and former Director of Strategic Communications for the Atiku Presidential Campaign Committee.

According to Olayinka, the debt was for catering services—specifically, small chops and related supplies—rendered by Black Diamond Kitchen during the 2022 presidential campaign.

He further stated that while an initial payment had been made, a balance of ₦180,000 remained outstanding until he personally completed the payment on Friday, July 25, 2025, attaching a receipt as proof.

The statement of Mr. Olayinka read, “good morning Ẹ̀gbọ́n Dele Momodu.”
